Refund policy

Every piece at Octenin is one of a kind and made by hand, so I want you to love what you get.

Jewelry returns
You can return jewelry within 14 days of delivery as long as it's unworn and in its original condition.

Painting returns
Original paintings can be returned only if you request the return within 24 hours of delivery. After 24 hours, all painting sales are final. The painting must be returned in the same condition and packaging it arrived in.

How to start a return
Reach out through the contact page at octenin.com/pages/contact with your order number, and I'll send return instructions. Items sent back without a return request can't be accepted.

Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the buyer and is not refunded, unless the item arrived damaged or was not what you ordered. Please pack returns carefully; items damaged in return transit can't be refunded.

Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact me with a photo within 48 hours of delivery for jewelry, or within 24 hours of delivery for paintings, and I'll make it right with a refund or exchange at no cost to you.

Refunds
Once your return arrives and is inspected, I'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Exchanges
Because each piece is one of a kind, exchanges for the exact same item aren't possible. The fastest route is to return the item and place a new order for the piece you'd like.
