Shipping policy

Processing time
Each order is packed by hand and ships within 3 to 5 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it's on its way.

Rates for jewelry (United States)
Standard: $8, free on orders of $70 or more
Express: $15

Paintings
Shipping for original paintings is calculated at checkout based on the size of the piece and where it's going. Each painting is carefully wrapped and boxed to protect it in transit. Larger pieces may need extra processing time; I'll reach out if that applies to your order.

Where I ship
Octenin currently ships within the United States only.

Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact me through octenin.com/pages/contact and I'll help sort it out with the carrier.
